This visually changes the paradigm from one of a file manager to one of a team workspace. Enhanced team workspace features: o Discussions - start a discussion with everyone in your shared workspace . Bookmarks - add a website link, description and comments. Great for sharing online research findings. Updates - view the latest activity across all the shared content and see instantly the newest comments, discussions, edits and uploaded documents. Box is offered in a variety of packages and editions ranging from the free Lite version which offers basic functionality for people who have simple collaboration needs to the $15/month per user in the Business version.
