Symform, a player in the crowded cloud storage market, announced a new pricing plan offering unlimited cloud storage for $100 a year or $10 a month. The new lower pricing should save customers on their first terabyte of data stored and even more when multiple terabytes of data are being stored.

According to a release, "Traditional cloud storage vendors use complicated and costly pricing models that charge by the amount of storage needed (per gigabytes/terabytes) and may include other costs such as bandwidth, fees to seed and recover your data, and the number of devices being protected. In contrast, Symform protects unlimited data for a low, flat fee. This model aligns with customers' data protection needs and budgets and makes Symform the least expensive cloud storage per terabyte on the market."

Symform CEO, Matthew Schiltz, offered the following: "Cloud storage is an ideal way for businesses to backup their data for disaster recovery, anywhere access … the problem is that it is just too expensive, forcing companies to leave a lot of data unprotected. Symform solves this problem by offering unlimited cloud storage starting at only $10 a month or $100 year."
